By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our courses, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you are enrolling a child, you accept these terms on their behalf as their parent or guardian. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

02Our Courses

Al-Ashraf Academy offers online courses including Quran Qaida & Nazra, Tajweed, Hifz, Tafseer, Naat and essential Islamic knowledge. Courses are mainly taught in Urdu. Each course page on our website describes its format (one-to-one or group), class days, timings, duration and intended students. Please read the details of your chosen course before enrolling. 03Enrollment & Admission

• Students must provide valid and honest information in our registration and admission forms.
• Admission is confirmed once our team has reviewed your form and confirmed your class arrangements.
• Each student is placed in a schedule based on the course selected and, where relevant, their age and level.
• Some courses have specific requirements, such as a minimum age or being able to read the Quran before starting Hifz.

04Class Schedules & Attendance

• Some courses run at fixed days and times, while others offer flexible timings arranged with you. The schedule for each course is shown on its course page.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are strongly encouraged for steady progress.
• If you cannot attend a class, please inform us in advance. Whether a class can be rescheduled depends on the course format and teacher availability.
• The academy may occasionally need to change a class time, teacher or schedule. We will inform students as early as possible.

05Fees & Payments

Course fees are shared with you when you enquire, submit the admission form or book a free meeting. Al-Ashraf Academy handles all payments transparently.

• Fees can be paid through our official accounts with Meezan Bank, JazzCash or EasyPaisa, as shown on the admission form.
• Please pay fees on time so classes can continue without interruption.
• Payment records must match the account holder details entered in the admission form. You may be asked to share a payment screenshot on WhatsApp for verification.

06Donations

Donations to Al-Ashraf Academy are completely voluntary and are used to support our Quran education mission. Donations can be sent through our official bank and mobile wallet accounts. After donating, please share a screenshot with us on WhatsApp so we can confirm receipt. Learn more on our donation page.

07Conduct & Online Class Etiquette

We maintain high ethical standards in all our classes. Every student and guardian is expected to:

• show respect to teachers and fellow students in live classes and WhatsApp groups;
• join classes on time from a quiet place, with a suitable device and connection;
• use respectful language and appropriate behaviour at all times;
• not record, share or publish classes, class materials or other students’ details without permission;
• use class groups only for learning-related communication.

Misbehaviour or misuse of our classes or groups may lead to a warning or cancellation of enrollment.

08Parents & Guardians

For students under 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for completing the admission form, agreeing to these terms, arranging payments and supervising the child’s participation in online classes. We encourage parents to stay involved and to contact us with any concerns about their child’s progress.

09Technology Requirements

To join online classes, students need a phone, tablet or laptop with a stable internet connection and a working microphone. Classes are held on online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp. Students are responsible for their own device, internet connection and any platform accounts needed to attend.

10Copyright & Content

The course material, branding, images and text on this website belong to Al-Ashraf Academy unless stated otherwise. You may use course materials for your personal learning only. Redistribution, resale or commercial use of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11Acceptable Use of the Website

When using our website, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or spam information through our forms;
• attempt to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website;
• copy or misuse website content in ways that break these terms.

12Limitation of Liability

We provide our courses and website content with care for educational purposes. Learning progress depends on each student’s effort, attendance and practice, so specific results cannot be guaranteed. Al-Ashraf Academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet problems, device issues or third-party platforms outside our control. The website may link to other websites, and we are not responsible for their content.
